_Responsibilities:_

- **
_Support the end to end Cash Flow and Payments Management process. Drive the strategic directions set by Tower and COE Lead_
_ _
_Daily Cash flow Activities & uploading on TMS_
**_
- **
_Reviewing and approving daily cash flow requests on TMS_
**_
- **
_Updating of weekly Cash flow Actuals into Cash flow forecast spreadsheet_
**_
- **
_Cash flow forecasting and daily group funding requirements_
**_
- **
_Ensure beneficiaries are loaded before payment._
**_
- **
_Processing of Customer Refunds_
**_
- **
_Processing of money payable to RCS incorrectly paid by customers to MMT_
**_
- **
_Repatriation of funds_
**_
- **
_Request Proof of Payments_
**_
- **
_Audit (Providing audit samples and resolution of audit queries)_
**_
- **
_Foreign currency revaluation calculations and journal entries_
**_
- **
_Preparation, maintenance and upload of local and foreign currency Treasury balance sheet reconciliations including prompt query resolution and investigation of reconciling items_
**_
- **
_Foreign payments processing including obtaining Exchange Control Approvals where required_
**_
- **
_Other_

- **
_Accounting for multi-currency intercompany transactions, reconciliations and month-end confirmations_
**_
- **
_Maintenance of the intercompany loan accounts_
**_
- **
_Preparation of, posting and review of accounting entries including adjustments for bank accounts_
**_
- **
_Analysing financial information and creating required reports and detail for decision making_
**_
- **
_Preparation of standard and ad-hoc treasury reporting to support bank, cash management, payment operations, investment management, foreign currency and hedging activities; etc_

_Preparation of interest and fees for inter and intra company operations_

_Qualifications we seek in you_
_ _
_Minimum Qualifications_:
_ _
_BCom Accounting / Finance_
_ _
_Relevant years of experience in a financial role;_
_ _
_Experience in foreign currency denominated transactions essential;_
_ _
_BCom Honours / CIMA would be an advantage_
_ _
_Thorough accounting knowledge and proven experience of the month-end and year-end close process_
