Claims Handler / Customer Support with French/Italian languageskills
.

Salary:
R19.000


Medical Aid:
Discovery Health, Plan: Classic Smart, R2200,

Pension Annuity: 10% (on top of base salary) after the 6 months of employment

21 days of leave

Parking

13th check = bonus paid out in birthday month

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm


Job Description:


  • Claims services.
  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical insurance claims.
  • Efficient "start to end" claims to handle including data entry and invoice assessment.
  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team.

Job Requirements:

  • French/Italian speaker with professional fluency, also in English
  • Proactive and performing well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Flexible and openminded to ongoing changes and training
  • Matric or higher
  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • SA VISA secured already, ideally.

Advantageous:

  • FSB registered a big bonus.
  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage

Salary:
R19,000.00 per month
