Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of a rapidly growing solar team as a Customer Service Representative. You'll be stationed at our Kensington office with the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer agreements.
- Record customer information in the mainframe.
- Validate customer details and paperwork.
- Generate invoices for customer installation fees and quotations.
- Finalize customer sign-up procedures.
- Interact with customers to provide top-notch service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate (a higher qualification will be advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in call center customer care, MS Office, and administrative tasks.
Competencies
- Energetic, self-motivated, with strong time & priority management skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team player adaptable to dynamic environments. Process-driven and dedicated to meeting deadlines.
- Capable of multitasking with keen attention to detail.
Salary: Market-related CTC

- Kensington, Western Cape
Must be able to commute/relocate:
Reliable commute or plans to relocate before commencing employment (mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (mandatory)
