    Our client based in Bantry Bay is looking for a receptionist with 2 years experience in a similar position to join their team.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • 2 years experience in a similar position
    • Attention to detail

    DUTIES:
    • Welcome guests
    • Check in and check out of guests
    • Pass all relevant guest information on to various departments as required;
    • Assist guests with bookings, tours and transfers,
    • Report to the manager on duty regarding any related maintenance concerns;
    • Prepare welcome letters and registrations cards;
    • Assist reservations with lodge guests' bookings, and messages;
    • Assist Spa and Housekeeping when required;
    • Assist with lunch and dinner bookings

    HOURS:
    • Shift Work
