Join a rapidly growing company as an In-Store Sales Executive, you will be stationed in one of the companies' showrooms.

You will need to be a dynamic individual who can not only drive sales but also grow with the company.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
10 Years sales experience
Excellent people skills
Highly motivated
Keen focus on team work


Duties and Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance:

Greeting and engaging customers, assisting them in finding products, and providing product knowledge and recommendations to meet their needs.


Sales Generation:
Actively promoting and selling merchandise to achieve or exceed sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling products.

Product Presentation:
Ensuring that the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing by arranging products and maintaining displays.

Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Order Processing:
Handling transactions, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales transactions.

Product Knowledge:
Staying updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of the products to effectively communicate with customers.

Customer Follow-Up:
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships, as well as encouraging repeat business.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall store goals and objectives.

Sales Reporting:
Preparing sales reports and providing feedback to management regarding sales performance and customer feedback.

Merchandising:
Assisting in setting up promotional displays, promotional events, and sales campaigns.

Store Maintenance:
Ensuring the cleanliness and overall tidiness of the showroom to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Product Returns and Exchanges:
Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Adherence to Policies:
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Training and Development:
Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
