Description

Arthroplasty Sales reps needed*An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced individual to maintain expert knowledge of total joint replacement product portfolio while achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within the territory.

You will

  • Consulting with surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our products.
Establish, promote, and enhance customer relations through constant communication and in person appointments


Education and Experience Required:

Bachelors degree required/ relevant qualification related to the field
5+ years of orthopaedic total joint sales experience with solid track record
Demonstrate ability to relate to orthopaedic surgeons and constituents within the market.
Valid Code 8 drivers license.
Current registration will CRICE/SAMED


Key Performance Areas:

Visiting of state and private hospitals.
Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory
Reporting of product related adverse events.
Individual customer potential analysis and developmental plans.
Competitor and market analysis.
Customer relationship management.
Key opinion leader identification and development.
Provide supportive services to all allocated customers in assigned geographical areas.
Ensure that a proper product mix is sold to all customers.
Sell to/inform the customer of other related products to increase the sales.
Keep well informed of customers tendering /quote systems and monitor them to ensure no missed
opportunities.
Excellent product theoretical as well as well as practical knowledge.
Surgical Case coverage.
Address any problems that arise at the account.

Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated with a demonstration of initiative.
Ability to work independently as well as in team.
Computer Literacy in MS Office (Excel spreadsheets/Word documents/Power Point Presentations/E-mail account management)
Technology Literacy-Knowledge of operating and using devices e.g GPS/Smart Phones/3D devices/Laptop Computer
Up to date knowledge and understanding of the medical/ healthcare industry.

Salary Range:
R35K to R50K (experience depending) CTC plus commission, fuel allowance and cell allowance of R1500
