Full - Stack Software Developer for our eComplete business to join the team in Cape Town.

What we are looking for
A talented, driven Project Manager with the ability to effectively take a project brief and perfectly
execute it, collaborating with the CRM, performance and Tech & Dev team. You should have the thrill
to thrive in our fast-paced, agile environment. As part of our client experience team, you will play a
key role in building and ensuring client satisfaction through the effective management of company
projects from brief to completion. You will need to be comfortable working within set budgets and to
agreed timelines.

You receive client briefs and determine implementation steps within our e-commerce platform that
perfectly meets the needs of the client. Be an expert user of our systems and build this into our clients
profile. We do not shy away from attention and therefore we focus on the details. The successful
problem solver.

Ultimately, you will be a driving force for project scheduling and alignment to client budget and
timeline. Your work ethic is proactive, technical, and enthusiastic.


Your role in eComplete
Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

_ Project Management_

  • Action client brief and set project implementation steps.
  • Prepare and present methodical project proposal for sign off within client budget and
company parameters.

  • Effectively facilitate client and internal work team meetings related to project plan.
  • Assign project responsibilities and tasks to relevant team members.
  • Create and monitor controls to determine and achieve project delivery success criteria
  • Consistently follow up with clients on hours of work and sign off.
  • Manage effective project execution.
  • Quality assurance/quality checking of each phase on project to ensure high standard of
implementation.

  • Advise and have insight into UX and trends.
  • Upskilling and maintaining digital marketing/SEO/Google analytics abilities.

_ Profitability_

  • Draft project budgets using previous data and client brief information
  • Submit budget to client for review and approval.
  • Managing project cost by prioritizing and maintaining client expectations where required.
  • Analyse actual cost incurred during project and advise on cost effectiveness.

_ Communication and Liaison_

  • Advise on commerce structure policies.
  • Effective communication of project implementation to seniors.
  • Ensure client feedback is obtained through client experience
  • Effectively communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Track and report on project status.
  • Resolve/escalate issues.
  • Communicate future project changes based on client feedback and experience

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 23 years' experience project management life cycle. Commerce &/or technical exposure advantageous||Essential / Minimum|05 years|
  • Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or
  • Innovative project management skills
  • Ability to work in face paced environment
  • Time and process oriented
  • Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to handle more than one task at a time
  • Administration skills
  • Planning & organising skills
