- Trails Guide/ FOH Anchor Couple
Requirements:
FOH
- At least 23 years' experience in Front of house position (4/5 star lodge)
- Good understanding of Front of house, Reservations and Hosting
- Basic knowledge of F&B department
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel and RES Systems
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver's license
Field Guide
- Minimum 3 year's guiding experience in a 4/5 star lodge environment
- Minimum FGASA Level 1 (Lv 2 in progress)
- Lead Trails Guide
- ARH
- First Aid level
- Driver's License and Pr-DP
