Key Performance Area:

Assist in the management of all Brand Activation as per monthly Promotion/Activity calendars (including in-store demonstrations and any event or sponsorship activities)

Conducting blitz and ambush marketing as instructed

Assist in Co-ordinating all sponsorship events (community fairs, trade shows, fun runs, schools sports/awards days and all large scale events.

Plan and execute events

Provide feedback on all events

Assist with installation of ABS Signage boards requested by Sales and Marketing

Assist with taking measurements and pictures of suitable signage

Conduct school and hospital visits (entertain kids with brand mascot and educate them on our product offerings)

Submit high resolution pictures for promotions and events

Sending pictures to the media for publishing and uploading it on our social network sites

Daily reports of activities with supporting pictures

Audit promoter feedback forms

Submit completed and signed feedback forms per promotion/event on a monthly basis to the Brand Activator Assistant (BAA) so that payment for promoters can be made

Responsible for monthly attendance register, depicting any overtime and leave taken (including that of your Brand Activation Assistant)
