    Payroll / Finance Clerk - Labour Broker Position in Gillitts, KZN

    We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in labour broking and financial acumen to handle payroll in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Payroll Management: Full management of daily, weekly, and monthly wages/salaries across multiple accounts.
    • Labour Broker Payroll Processing: Ensure accuracy and compliance for a large, rotating workforce.
    • Tax and SARS Submissions: Tax compliance experience is essential.
    • Backlog Clearance: Clear outstanding payroll and SARS compliance issues.
    • Data Management: Accurate data management avoiding errors in records with similar employee names and details.

    Requirements:

    • Payroll and Finance Experience: Preferably within a labour broker environment.
    • SARS and Tax Compliance: Strong knowledge is required.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive Mindset: Proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
    • Structured Environment: Experience in a structured, professional office environment.
