Our client in the steel industry is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator with IATF Non Negotiable) experience to join them in Alberton, Gauteng.


Job Title:
Quality Systems Administrator (IATF16949)


Geographical area:
Alberton, Gauteng


Salary range:
R R CTC pm


The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Support SHEQ Manager on maintaining good Quality Management System
  • Responsible for all administration duties in Quality department.
  • Amending procedures and policies as instructed by SHEQ Manager
  • Ensure that QMS documents distributed are controlled copies & live / current documents
  • Out of date records kept for uncontrolled documents and identified accordingly
  • Perform Capability Studies, on monthly bases and analyse data into graphs
  • Responsible for 8D reports, Non-Conformances and Corrective actions process to complete, monitor and report on statuses
  • Support SHEQ Manager with monthly reports.
  • Support Claims Controller with administration

Minimum qualifications and experience:


  • Grade 12 / Equivalent
  • IATF16949 Certification required
  • Minimum 2 years quality experience
