The main purpose of this role is to monitor and manage a team of sales agents.Reporting to the Campaign Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Effectively manage a team with regard to
- Attendance
- Meeting targets
- Time keeping
- Talk time
- Productivity
- Compliance
Promote diversity within the team
Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
Report any IT related issue to the campaign manager
Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements
Coaching and performance management of team members
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Matric
Must have a minimum of 3 year Sales team leader experience
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Microsoft suite proficient
Desirable:
