We are seeking a motivated Rental Agent to contribute to the success of our exclusive real estate company in Durbanville.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will hold a Matric qualification.
A strong working record is essential for this role.
Daily travel between locations using own transport is required.
Excellent administration skills are necessary to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.
The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is crucial.
Working under pressure and maintaining attention to detail are key qualities.
This dynamic role demands a sales-driven personality with a genuine passion for real estate.
The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including after hours and on a rotational basis during December.
Proficiency in computer software is mandatory.
Effective teamwork and communication skills are vital to succeed in this position.
