    Key Responsibilities

    1. Content Design & Creation:
      • Design static and animated graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and ads.
      • Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
      • Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and blog snippets, tailored for different platforms.
      • Write compelling copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize engagement.
    2. Content Management & Optimization:
      • Organize and maintain design assets in a structured manner.
      • Ensure quick turnaround times for content updates and revisions.

    Requirements

    1. 2+ years of experience in graphic design for social media.
    2. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    3. Strong understanding of social media content formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok's, Carousels, etc.).
    4. Knowledge of motion graphics / video editing is a plus.
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    6. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.

    Bonus Skills

    1. Experience in UX / UI design.
    2. Knowledge of marketing principles and branding.
    3. Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
    4. Knowledge of WordPress and website hosting platforms.
    5. Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
    6. Understanding of UX / UI and web design principles.
