    Key Account Manager Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts in the healthcare sector. This role is office bound and requires extensive travelling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attending to member, HR, Union, and other requests via telephone, email and on confirmed visits to clients.
    • Account/claim queries, specialist and hospital authorisations, disease management enquiries, and adding of dependents.
    • Product and benefit confirmation, continuous member, HR, Union, and other education, and other medical aid related concerns or issues.
    • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, planning monthly schedule, business review planning, facilitation of wellness days, and facilitation of PR events.
    • Focus on growing the business, conduct presentation to prospective clients, and follow through to signing an employer agreement.

    Requirements:

    • Matric, tertiary qualification in business administration, or a related field, and 3-5 years work experience in the medical aid or healthcare industry.
    • Valid drivers license, business degree, and additional certifications in customer relationship management or related areas.
