    Supply Chain Management Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Logistics and Inventory: Track shipments and update inventory levels in real-time.
    • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes from start to finish.
    • Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and resolve supply chain challenges effectively.
    • Process Optimization: Integrate new information, reduce costs, and maximize revenue through data-driven decision making.
    • Centralized Supply Chain Management: Manage the flow of goods and services to and from our company efficiently.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate all business activities necessary to produce and deliver goods and services to customers.
    • Supply Chain Integration: Oversee and optimize the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to end customers.
    • Supplier Selection and Management: Select and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in the plant.

    Qualifications:

    • NQL 6 Logistics or Supply Chain qualification or equivalent
    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Management Engineer in an automotive manufacturing environment
    • OEM or Tier One automotive seating or interior trim work experience
    • High volume automotive manufacturing engineering work experience

    Core Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong computer and manufacturing simulation skills
    • Lean manufacturing exposure
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Customer-oriented
