Food Service Manager – Inland

We are seeking a manager for our food service/hospitality division. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Gauteng's hospitality trade.
2. Negotiate and implement orders as required by customers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
3. Cold call existing and potential customers to build and expand the customer base.
4. Complete daily feedback reports to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Become familiar with the company's product range and effectively promote these to customers.
6. Achieve predetermined sales targets and grow sales in designated markets.
7. Perform any additional duties necessary to promote the company and its products.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of sales experience in the food service/hospitality industry.
2. Hospitality/Chef training is an advantage.
3. Matric education or higher.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
5. Owning reliable, presentable transportation.
6. A laptop and cell phone.
