    Description
    Job seekers with mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing are sought to operate a semi-automatic line producing insulated cables.

    Set up and operate a semi-automatic line consisting of a wire drawer machine, insulating extruder, and sheathing extruder to produce reels of cable in various sizes and colours, meeting quality specifications. The role involves testing and inspections, with high responsibility for high-value products.

    • Candidate must reside in the following areas:
    • Centurion; Olievenhoutbosch; Olifantsfontein; Tembisa

    Educational Background:

    • Numeracy & Literacy, English reading, and writing at NQF level 4 (Grade 12)
    • Forklift licence

    Previous experience and requirements:

    • General mechanical abilities
    • Modest skills with hand tools

    Required experience:

    • Specific on-the-job training for the M1 dual line machine
    • Mechanical engineering experience

    Special attributes:

    • Good eyesight (legislative requirement)
