    Description

    Job Overview:

    This role is designed to support the Sales manager in achieving sales targets by fostering strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for growth within assigned customer accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute customer account plans, prioritizing initiatives and company resources to meet customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    • Closely monitor project progress, resolving issues and responding to queries in a timely manner to guarantee project completion on time and optimal coating performance.
    • Promote products and services to owners and consultants through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups, ensuring the company's specifications are met and creating sales opportunities.
    • Coordinate with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used effectively to achieve sales budgets within allocated geographical territories and concept markets.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar position
    • Advanced PC literacy skills
    • Excellent communication skills across all levels
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English and Afrikaans languages
