    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell the maximum number of new cars to meet business objectives.
    • Achieve record-breaking first and second gross profits by implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the company's sales policy, driving repeat and referral sales.
    • Initiate and close deals efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with customers.
    • Foster fleet relationships and capitalize on sales opportunities.
    • Adhere to all legal requirements, including CPA regulations and necessary documentation.
    • Accurately complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance.
    • Develop and execute a network of contacts to promote and drive retail sales of new cars.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to innovate and improve sales concepts, expanding the customer base.
    • Establish and implement effective sales plans to outperform competitors, securing increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross).
    • Maintain and build long-lasting customer relationships through unparalleled customer care.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of three years of Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership is mandatory.
    • A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required.
    • The candidate must be female.
    • Experience within a high-volume brand is preferred.
    • Three months of commission sheets/payslips are necessary.
    • Self-motivation and target-driven behavior is essential.
    • Proven leads management skills are required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
    • Excellent negotiation and deal-building skills are necessary.
    • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure are vital.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Evolve, and Sales Workplace is required.
    • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
    • A clear ITC is necessary.
