About the Role

Carlysle Human Capital is seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team in IT/Software. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient backend codebase.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
Design and implement data models and databases to support backend systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in backend web development.
Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
Proficiency in backend frameworks and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
