Commercial Contact Officer

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the legal interests of the organization, ensuring that its operations are conducted within the bounds of the law, and providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contracts in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Ensure legal compliance across various aspects of the organization's operations.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements.
Resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Provide guidance on corporate governance best practices.
Develop and implement policies to promote a culture of compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

LLB Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate construction/engineering environment.
Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC, GCC, EPC/EPCM, IPP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, self-discipline, and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
