    Regional Sales Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client engagement abilities, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
    2. Set clear expectations, coach, and develop account managers to ensure successful sales outcomes.
    3. Provide regular feedback and identify training and development needs to improve performance.
    4. Generate sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
    • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
    • Trustworthy and reliable.

    The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
