_Roles and Responsibilities_
- Effectively handle queries and ensure speedy resolutions of all supplier queries.
- Identify SCM risks and support the senior management in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans in area of accountability.
- Report on supply chain management information as required to internal and external stakeholders.
- Report on the implementation plan and institute corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislations, company policy and any other regulations governing SCM.
- Coordinates with Business Managers to ensure the forecasting process is finalised to meet the information timetable.
- Ensure market and industry analysis is conducted in accordance with departmental policies and procedures aligned to best practice processes.
- Conduct needs assessment by collecting and analysing relevant data, categorising commodities and confirming the availability of funds.
- Successfully manage Supply chain department and reportees.
- Manage full functionality of the bidding process.
- Have thorough knowledge of tendering in the Construction industry.
QUALIFICATION_
- BCom in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 3 Years minimum experience
- Construction Industry and/or Tender Process (Advantageous)
Salary:
R351,321.34 per year
Education:
- Bachelors (required)
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
