The role at a glance


The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for, and not limited to, implementing the companies employee relations programs, HR policies and procedures, managing time and attendance, and administrative support.

The role will be office-based in Houghton Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).


Requirements:


  • Full time
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 8 years experience in similar role
  • HR qualification advantageous
  • Payroll experience
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Pay high levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Own reliable transport

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R20, R30,000.00 per month


Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
Staff Management: 1 year (preferred)
