    Job Title: Vehicle Parts Manager

    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Parts Manager to join our team at First Degree Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the dealership has the correct parts mix to supply the workshop and third parties with parts for services and repairs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and train staff of the parts department to achieve objectives.
    • Ensure proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, and staff utilization.
    • Meet objectives using proper pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Parts Manager with a Vehicle dealership.
    • Must have experience with a corporate branded dealership like VW, Toyota, or Hyundai.
    • Proven track record of running a profitable Parts department.
    • Good knowledge of part sales, marketing, or After-sales.
    • Valid SA Driver's license and clear criminal record.
    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
