Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an established restaurant in Val De Vie Estate.

Need to be able to handle day to day as well as weekly and Monthly responsibilities as follows but not limited too:
Opening and Closing duties

Daily, weekly, monthly stock takes

Staff rosters

Staff training

Day to day Orders

Working closely with Chef's to limit wastage and streamline orders

Co-ordinate group reservations

Be able to lead a team

Own transport essential.
Salary will depend on experience.


Experience:


  • Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

Salary:
R15, R25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paarl,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
Expected Start Date: 2023/09/01
