RESPONSIBILITIES:

(This list is not exhaustive)**- Managing all website projects from;

  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Briefing the team on what is required
  • Liaising with clients on feedback.
  • Management of a team of designers and developers.
  • Sets the budget, scope, and timeline for website projects.
  • Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member.
  • Leads daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress.
  • Writes project status reports for the team and key executives.
  • Addresses bottlenecks and adjusts the timeline and deliverables.
  • Works with team members individually to resolve any issues.
  • Hosts project recap meetings to gather team feedback.
  • Helps present the final website project to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
  • Project Management Diploma/ certification
  • At least 3 years of web project management experience is required.
  • Demonstrates exceptional time management, organization, and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • WordPress experience essential (front and back end)
  • Deep understanding of programming languages
  • Deep understanding of design and websites in order to guide and advise clients
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Knows how to use common project management software.
  • Collaborates with team members and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communicates effectively and is comfortable leading team meetings.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Own computer or laptop.
  • ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
  • Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
  • Antivirus installed.
  • UPS/ Backup battery for load shedding.

WORKING HOURS:


09:00 - 18:00 UK Time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R25, R28,000.00 per month

  • Bachelors (preferred)
