    Description

    Job Summary

    The Campaign Associate will oversee the entire email campaign process, from creation to execution in our marketing automation platform. Working closely with onshore teams, this role requires a deep understanding of email best practices and the ability to drive highly targeted emails to specific audiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage end-to-end email production, including creation, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization in Eloqua.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly-targeted marketing campaigns, emails, awareness programs, and customer success communications.
    3. Ensure seamless email execution under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, adhering to industry best practices for deliverability, mobile rendering, and open rates.
    4. Partner with onshore teams to represent the REPH RX Campaigns Team and ensure flawless execution of all email projects.

    Requirements

    Core Competencies

    1. Data Management: Ability to analyze, gather, and organize data in account management tools or databases.
    2. Campaign Management: Conceptualization, creation, and execution of effective campaign journeys across various platforms.
    3. Web Development and Optimization: Managing, implementing, and executing optimized content and web frameworks.
    4. Creative Design: Conceptualizing, creating, designing, executing, evaluating, and communicating visual communication plans and visual collaterals.

    Technical Skills and Qualifications

    1. Experience with campaign setup, email creation, deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring, and reporting.
    2. Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
    3. Familiarity with landing page and email marketing best practices.
    4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
    2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
