Job Description: General Product Manager

We are a leading sales distribution company in South Africa, providing tens of thousands of policy sales each month. Our product range includes Motor Products, Medical Products, App-based security services, and Communication Products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing existing products and introducing new products to maintain a continuously viable and profitable product suite.

Main Responsibilities:

• Enhance existing products and introduce new products to the market.
• Research market trends and analyze data to inform product development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, compliance, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

• Highly organized with strong self-discipline.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced business skills with good commercial acumen.
• Good numeracy understanding and ability to work with data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent time management skills.

Degree Requirements:

• Maturis (Matric).
• Experience with annuity-based products is advantageous.
• Tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
• 2-5 years of experience in a product-centric environment.

Working Hours and Remuneration:

Office hours: Monday-Friday, 08h00-17h00.

Package on offer: R70K-R90K monthly CTC (negotiable).
