Workshop Foreman - Pretoria East - Gauteng

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership, has a position available for an Automotive Workshop Foreman.

The ideal candidate must have working experience as a Diagnostic Technician with a Trade Test (Motor Mechanic).

Remuneration:
R R25 000 Basic Salary + Incentive Structure

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow workshop technicians
• Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
• Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
• Ensure high-quality customer service is met
• Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
• Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
• Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate
• Valid Drivers License
• Computer literate
