Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter cleaning, motor lubrication, and part replacement.
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and execute necessary repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials utilized.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Participate in training and development programs as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 4 years of experience in HVAC or a related field.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
