Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of Agile processes, DevOps processes, and SDLC processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Establish and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and infrastructure as code, to streamline the software development lifecycle.
Define and optimize software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
Advocate for the needs and wellbeing of developers, including providing opportunities for professional growth and development, supporting worklife balance, and addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
Promote a culture of transparency and open communication within the development team and across the organization.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering highquality software solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and ensure that development efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Agile, DevOps, and SDLC processes, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools or methodologies.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC processes, and make adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
Experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
