    Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our database systems, including fine-tuning performance, deploying updates, and troubleshooting issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fine-tune database performance by monitoring status and making adjustments as needed
    • Determine server requirements, including operating systems, hardware, and prerequisites
    • Ensure servers are up-to-date and deploy any necessary updates
    • Deploy SQL scripts from the development team and design/build service servers
    • Update release status and build the release
    • Develop remediation plans in case of unsuccessful implementation
    • Create implementation plans and update manuals/instructions as needed
    • Notify the Release Manager of unsuccessful release builds
    • Perform thorough testing of installation procedures and communicate any issues to the release owner
    • Configure applications and services, maintain used services, and work with development teams to implement applications
    • Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve implementation errors
    • Write technical documentation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows
    • Proficiency in SQL
    • Basic understanding of ORACLE database
    • Able to analyze and solve complex problems
    • High level of autonomy
    • Team player with strong communication skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Flexible and able to work in a team environment
    • Availability to support 24/7
