Description

Our client who is an independent, specialist financial brokerage, who offer financial planning, asset management, short term insurance, tax and estate planning functions to medical practitioners nationally, is seeking a Short-Term Insurance Broker to join their Dynamic team

Responsibilities:

Sales of new policies
Servicing, maintenance, and reviews of clients on existing book (50 clients).
Sourcing of own leads is not required. There is an inbound call centre who do cold calling and book new sales appointments.
Managing of administrative assistant. The broker is provided with administrative support, who will assist with quotations and servicing requests.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum NQF 4 in shortterm insurance or relevant financial qualification (minimum 120 credits)
RE 5 (not negotiable)
Personal and commercial class of business, if registered as a representative after 201
Minimum 3 years
personal and commercial lines experience required.
Knowledge of the FAIS, FICA and POPI acts.
