Role summary:

To take control of all Sales Contracts, Sales Invoicing, Debt collection & Revenue Reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Follow up on nonpayment of invoices
  • Working closely with sales team to assess new and upcoming contracts
  • Sales Journals as needed
  • Debtors Age Analysis control
  • Contract control and updates
  • Revenue Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerised accounting, spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
  • Stress management skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Currently have experience with invoicing, ideally on Xero Accounting

RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Matric and 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Highly Proficient in Spreadsheets (Excel & Google sheets)
