    Description

    Job Summary

    This position requires a skilled individual to perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover and other questions related to new proposal applications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

    Key Responsibilities

    The primary duties of this role include:

    • Maintaining knowledge of internal service level agreements to ensure timely and accurate processing of proposal applications.
    • Collaborating with underwriting teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
    • Conducting quality assurance checks on captured information to identify and escalate any errors or discrepancies.

    Reporting Structure

    The successful candidate will be based at our client operations division in Port Elizabeth and will report directly to the team leader for Tele-underwriting.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following qualifications:

    • Grade 12/Matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.
    • Exceptional telephone skills and experience in health-related terminology is preferred.

    Remuneration

    The salary range for this position is R5000 - R6000 per month, plus a monthly incentive bonus.
