An opportunity for a Facilitator specialising in Working at Heights.

Based in Edenvale, you will be required to facilitate training and carry out services which will assist clients in protecting and preserving the lives of persons working on sites in high-risk positions.


Knowledge and Skills:


  • Matric (Minimum)
  • Speak, Read & Write English (an African language will be an advantage)
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Valid Driver's License


  • Organisation/Planning

  • Plans, organises & schedules in efficient, organised manner. Focuses on key priorities


  • Communications

  • Oral
  • Communicates well one on one, small groups and medium groups. Fluent and good command of language. Keeps people informed.

Responsibilities:


  • Training students in a classroom environment
  • Practical training on the theory that was taught in the classroom
  • Administration of registering the students

Culture characteristic:


  • Uphold the culture of the training facility and training environment
  • Training is carried out professionally.
  • Always drive the culture of safety.
  • Tasks and duties are carried out timeously and professionally.
  • Drive and develop a safety culture in all duties covered
  • Be hungry to learn and understanding industry Concepts, Legal Requirements and Best Practices
