    Description

    Job Title: Sales Assistant at Luxurious Boutique

    We are seeking a fashion-forward Sales Assistant to join our team in Tygervalley Shopping Centre. This role will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Sales Manager and Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service:

      Greet customers, provide styling advice, and offer product information on fabrics, care instructions, and sizing.

    • Sales Support:

      Process transactions accurately, support daily and monthly sales targets, and participate in in-store promotions.

    • Merchandising & Store Presentation:

      Maintain store visual appeal by organising displays, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness, and supporting new product launches.

    • Inventory Management:

      Assist with stock management, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.

    • Team Collaboration:

      Work closely with the Sales Manager and Store Manager, participate in team meetings, and stay informed about product updates and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

    • Luxury or high-end fashion retail experience is a plus.

    • A high school diploma or equivalent.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.

    • A passion for fashion and an interest in current trends.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

    Salary: R6,000 - R7,500 CTC per month + commission (target driven)
