Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and expand our client base through networking and cold outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Fully equipped for remote work, including access to a laptop, cellphone, and highspeed internet connection.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
