Description

Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

To develop and drive transactional product strategy aligned to our group's strategic objectives, simplify delivery, and ensure market-leading product design, coordination, and prioritization around product development, management, and enhancement. This role is accountable for end-to-end product management and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive a transactional product strategy that aligns with our group's overall strategy and goals.

Manage the product profit and loss (P&L) performance to support Product and Relationship Banking in achieving its strategy to outperform.

Requirements

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, preferably in a product management role.
Proven experience in product development and management, with a strong understanding of commercializing products and mobilizing front-line teams.
An excellent understanding of Transactional Banking environments, including deposits, lending, and domestic issuance products.
Maintain a network of key stakeholders to enable sales and servicing of clients.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
