Description
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Log service calls received
- Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries
- Identify correct fault diagnosis
- Accurately load all information on the BPO system
- Data capturing
- Processing quotations
- Coordinate technicians
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Open and close all calls received
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Controller or Customer Service agent
- Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Must have industry experience
- High standard of accuracy & proficiency
- Timeous handing of administrative duties & completion of work
- Must be able to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
