Requirements:


  • A B
  • Degree in the Built Environment
  • Minimum Five (5) years' relevant post qualification experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Built Environment and Project
Management functions

  • Code B (08) driver's license
  • MS Project and Excel efficiency required, and SAP experience is an
advantage.

Key Performance Areas

  • Coordinating capital and opex programmes and projects within the
Infrastructure & Planning, Facilities Management unit by providing

financial, administrative, logistic and project management support

within the MFMA environment

  • Monitoring expenditure trends on all opex and capital projects and
ensuring adequate budget provision for the stages one(1)

to six(6) of different projects

  • Performing contract management functions in line with the relevant
City guidelines and directives

  • Coordinate and manage multidimensional project components,
including budget control, to achieve tight delivery timeframes on

project all project stages

  • Providing clear tender specifications in conjunctions with Tenders
and contracts unit

  • Maintaining records of agreements/approvals in respect of
  • Managing staff
  • Ensuring compliance all City policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement.
