One of the oldest farms in the Cape Winelands is looking to employ an E-Commerce Inbound Manager
who will be overseeing the inbound process of stock and looking to advance in their career.

DUTIES:

Oversee the stock inbound process of daily operations
***:

Receive fresh produce, frozen, ambient stock and packaging materials
***:

Perform incoming inspections on all items
***:

Monitor product quality and cold chain throughout the inbound process
***:
-
Oversee storage and warehousing
***:
-
Coordinate stock control operations, ensuring FEFO principles and accurate inventory
***:
-
Stock waste management
***:
-
Enforce basic food hygiene and safety measures
***:
-
Ensure timely replenishment of fine picking stock
***:
-
Manage the warehouse team and inbound drivers
***:
-
Liaise with the procurement team
***:
-
Develop and implement standard operating procedures
***:
-
Drive continuous improvement
***
REQUIREMENTS:***-
Three years' experience in production, supply chain, logistics and/or e-commerce
***:
-
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. supply chain management, logistics, engineering, project management)
***:
-
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
***:
-
Demonstrate a target-oriented and performance-driven attitude
***:

Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality

Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively
