Requirements:


  • Must have practical experience in drafting notice of motions, Recissions, Sec65 EAO's, Sec 58 applicants, supporting affidivats and similar.
  • Knoweledge in Administration Orders and Debt Reviews will _
    be an advantage_
  • Legal Diploma/Degree or similar qualification _
    an advantage_.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Client Consults and Queries
  • Attending to daily file corresspondences.
