- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and functionalities
- Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salesforce certifications are preferred
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies
