Intimate high end hotel close to Stellenbosch is looking for an exceptional Financial Administrator / Controller- Processing invoices
- Balance supplier statements to supplier accounts
- Communicate with managers on all levels
- Maintain set standards
- Verify bank deposit slips against total deposits
- Stock control
- Spot checks on petty cash / floats
- Prepare payments
Requirements:
- Matric & a formal qualification
- At least 3 years' experience
- Hospitality industry in a similar position would be an advantage
- Must have creditors and Debtors background
- Must have accounting experience.
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed
- Fully computer literate
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work independently and effectively in a team
