Description

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, to join the Marketing team of Tagmarshal, a successful SaaS growth stage start-up.

We are in the process of scaling up and would like to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, to help us to drive this on a day-to-day perspective.

You'll focus on successfully implementing marketing campaigns, manage our social media accounts and assist in generating content.


Tagmarshal is changing the world of Golf Operations through data and has developed leading traction in the USA, Europe, Canada, the UK and South Africa.

Our new team member is creative, accountable, keen to learn, adheres to high quality standards and is a strong team player

In this role, you'd be part of the Marketing team, working alongside 2 designers and marketers.

You'll be involved in a variety of projects on a monthly basis, providing great opportunities to grow your skills and use your in-depth digital knowledge to assist in solving business challenges.

Work hours:8:30 - 5pm

Hybrid WFH and Office -
Cape Town


CBD:
3 days per week.


Remuneration:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLE:

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

  • Day to day management of marketing campaigns from brief to execution
  • Social Media management to drive engagement across our social platforms
  • Includes content creation (working with designer), developing content calendar, daily posts
  • Setting up and promoting webinars via Zoom
  • Setting up campaign tracking
  • Analyze campaign data using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Postcampaign reporting
  • Input into Marketing strategy, based on campaign learnings
  • You'll also have the opportunity to input into a range of bigger projects, such as optimizing the website, to maximize performance.
  • You'll be working within a team environment, collaborating to get the best results.
  • You'll be part of the growing Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Director.

GOLF EXPERIENCE

  • Interest in golf or sports advantageous, but not critical

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Tech savvy

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to take feedback on board constructively

RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric (required)
  • Marketing diploma or degree / similar
  • 12 years relevant experience in Digital Marketing role
  • Practical handson experience setting up and running campaigns and tracking, monitoring and optimizing
  • Indepth knowledge of Social Media platforms & reporting
  • Salesforce or similar experience
  • Facebook ads experience
  • Google Analytics experience (Google certified advantageous)
  • Understanding of SEO
  • WordPress savvy or keen to learn
  • B2B experience advantageous
