Test Analysts required to test and validate new software to ensure the correct functionality and identify areas that require modification to ensure high quality delivery with no errors.

Manual testing experience essential.

Key responsibilities:

Working collaboratively with the Scrum team
Making use of the scrum technique for development and testing
Attending all Scrum planning, sprint and applicable daily and retrospective meetings
Liaising with the Scrum master as required
Ensuring delivery of whole project that meets the client/users requirements
Compiling final report from stakeholders
Validating all criteria against user stories
Ensuring test criteria are aligned to acceptance criteria
Identifying and testing for errors
Generating a defect report and reverting back to the development team
Actioning all tasks allocated in Tiaga and dragging to completed when tested/block with comment if fault occurs
Attending biannual performance meeting with QA Manager
Attending all required training courses for new products
Completing all required compliance training and assignments
Maintaining current knowledge of branch products, principles and industry trends

Key Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent essential
ISTQB / ISEB Foundation Level certification preferred
23 years' experience as a Test Analyst essential which includes:
Exposure to automation with strong manual testing skills essential
Experience in creating reusable test suites and cases
Experience in testing APIS, microservices essential
Experience in mobile testing for example Android, iOS essential
Experience working with JIRA essential
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver and Postman desirable
Experience in writing automated tests desirable
Knowledge of various testing techniques
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Specific knowledge of: Html, Javascript, Jira, Android and IOS APIS
Knowledge of PHP programming
Attention to detail
Multitasking and time management skills
Computer skills
