Description

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk and co-ordinate with various other departments in order to ensure personalised, prompt and flawless service to all guests.

The position will also act as a 'One Point Contact' for all in-house guests, in case of guest requests, complaints or any other feedback.


  • Vast hotel front desk and computer experience in the hospitality industry
  • Indepth knowledge of all emergency procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of checkin and checkout procedures
  • Familiarity with daily hotel occupancy reports, status of rates and rooms available
  • Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems and resolve guests issues
  • 23 years in a similar position in comparable hotels
  • Graduates from reputed hotel management schools
