Description
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk and co-ordinate with various other departments in order to ensure personalised, prompt and flawless service to all guests.
The position will also act as a 'One Point Contact' for all in-house guests, in case of guest requests, complaints or any other feedback.
- Vast hotel front desk and computer experience in the hospitality industry
- Indepth knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Extensive knowledge of checkin and checkout procedures
- Familiarity with daily hotel occupancy reports, status of rates and rooms available
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems and resolve guests issues
- 23 years in a similar position in comparable hotels
- Graduates from reputed hotel management schools
